SHIPPING POLICY

Your package will be carefully wrapped before processed by SF Express or via your chosen delivery method. The delivery time will be approximately 3-12 working days depending on different areas. The tracking number will be sent via email for your reference.

Important notes :

• As the delivery service is provided by third parties, the estimated delivery time is provided for reference only. We shall not be responsible for delay or quality of service after your order has been shipped. During peak shipping period, the delivery time may vary, but we will provide assistance during the process.

• We shall not be responsible for orders or items that are lost or damaged during transit. To ensure the product quality, your package will be carefully wrapped with polylastic bag before we hand over to the third party shippers.

• If you have provided us with a wrong address and result in shipment errors, no refunds will be made. To avoid this, please double check the address once the email order confirmation is received. If an incorrect address is provided by mistake, please inform us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we will do our best to redirect it to the correct address. However, we cannot guarantee this possibility and we may contact you for any additional shipping cost incurred.
