RETURN AND REFUND
Return
As all of our designs are personalised which cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any invitations.
Important notes :
• We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are lost, damaged during transit or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once you have confirmed on the proof, printing process will be started immediately. We do not accept returns or refunds if errors are found after printing has started. However, we will try our best to contact printing department and make amendments. If the printing has been completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds.
• As there will be colour difference shown on different monitor screens, which can be up to 10-20% deviation. We do not accept returns or refunds due to the colour variation issue.
Refund
In the unlikely event that your item is found defective, or is in a different quantity from your order form, please contact us and provide proofs within 7 workings days upon your package is received. We shall, at our very best, to replace defective items, or you may request a full refund.
